    It is the clients. The content we write are solely owned by the clients only.

    Yes, all the content we write are checked with the Copyscape and Grammarly Premium, to make sure that every content we produce is genuine.

  6. Can I cancel an already placed order and get a refund for it?

    A lot of our customers are getting confused between grammarly and copyscape.

    Grammarly is exclusively used for finding grammatical errors while Copyscape is used to detect plagiarism of the written content.

    No. It is your choice. Adding money to your account will make the payment process simpler and easier for you.

  16. Will all the sub-orders in my bulk order get delivered separately?

    No. Different writers will work on different suborders of a bulk order. Once all of them complete their work your content will be delivered.

  17. What happens after I place an order?

    Once you place your order, you can follow its status from your dashboard. After the writer writes your content, you will receive an email alert. You can then choose to accept or give feedback to the writer if want to make any changes.

  18. How do you choose your writers?

    All the writers should undergo an intense selection process such as HR interview and quality check round. After their qualification they are judged on the basis of the content they write on any of the five niches.

    Once the deadline is over, you are not required to submit your work and you will not receive your payment for that day.

  22. Do you provide certificate of recommendation?

    Yes. If you have successfully worked with us for more than 6 months, we do provide certificate of recommendation on the request of the writer.

  23. How often I get my payments from rrfreelancer?

    Once you submit your completed work the client will review it and after they accept your order the payment will take utmost 24 hours to reflect in your bank account.

  24. My payments are getting late. What should I do?

    Kindly contact customer care or send an email to us mentioning the order number for which you didn’t get the payment. We are available 24/7 to resolve your issues.

  25. How will I know if my order is completed or not? (asked by client)

    As soon as your order is done we will send you an email alert. You can then revise the completed order from your profile.

  26. On what basis will my samples get evaluated ?

    All the samples will be assessed on the following criteria:

    1. Grammatical and spelling errors
    2. Opening and conclusive statements

  27. Can i hide my profile?

    Yes you can. Go to my profile and then click “privacy” to set your profile into private mode.

  28. What are the working hours for a writer?

    Most of our writers are working as freelancers. The goal is to complete at least one order per day. You can choose to work anytime you want.

  29. My writer license is suspended. What do i do?

    Kindly contact customer care. We will appoint a team to investigate the issue. Once everything is sorted out your license will be authorized back.

  30. How many orders can i place at once?

    You can place any number of orders you want and we assure you that all of them will be delivered within the given deadline.
